I want to be able to access the portal and schedule appointments. How do I register my child?

New patient? We will need to collect information over the phone before a portal account can be set up. Please call 662-329-2955 first.

Existing patients:

1. To register your children, first text EACH child’s date of birth and full name to 662-331-8398 to receive your PIN. You will need a PIN for each child during the sign-up process.

I need a PIN to make an account

For each child you’re trying to register, please text their Date of Birth and Full Name to: 662-331-8398.

I texted the number but haven’t received a Pin.

At this time, there is no automated way to send a Pin #. We will try to generate and send a pin as soon as possible.

I’m trying to schedule but it’s all blank.

It may be that we are booked up for that day or that type of appointment isn’t open for portal scheduling.

I already have a portal account. Is this separate?

No. If you already have a portal account then you can schedule!

Is there an App for Mac, iPads, or iPhones?

Yes, when you go to sign-in there is an Apple iOS option to download on your devices or click here.

Is there an App for Windows and Android?

Yes, when you go to sign-in there is an Android option to download on your devices or click here.
