New patient? We will need to collect information over the phone before a portal account can be set up. Please call 662-329-2955 first.
Existing patients:
To register your children, you will receive an email to sign up to the portal once you make an appointment. This means calling in and making an appointment, and once you receive the email and register, you can then schedule online in the future.

I need a PIN to make an account
You will receive an email once you call in and schedule.
I’m trying to schedule but it’s all blank.
It may be that we are booked up for that day or that type of appointment isn’t open for portal scheduling.
I already have a portal account. Is this separate?
No. If you already have a portal account then you can schedule!
Is there an App for Mac, iPads, or iPhones?
Yes, when you go to sign-in there is an Apple iOS option to download on your devices or click here.
